I provide personalized medical advice, non-controlled prescriptions, treatment plans, and work notes tailored to the fast-paced life of flight crew members. I understand how tough it can be to squeeze in a doctor’s visit between trips, so I’m here to bridge that gap with accessible, high-quality care. I only see patients who are over 18 years of age. While, I am not Your Primary Care Replacement, instead think of me as Your Healthcare Partner I’m not here to manage chronic conditions or replace your regular doctor. No Insurance Required, We operate on a cash-based model, ensuring our services remain affordable for you. Please note that we do not accept insurance. Remember, you do not have to be an active Flight Crew Member in order to be seen. I am also taking patient appointments for those of you who prefer to keep your feet on the ground! I work the ER and I still fly the line. I know what it is like to feel lousy between trips and not have a clinician who understands pairing, reserve, or a 24-hour layover. Crew Pass is for those in-between moments: a sinus infection after a four-day, a rash, a simple non-controlled refill question, or a work note written by someone who has worn the same wings. Crew Pass members can leave a note in the portal at any hour. Usually I am available to answer within a few hours. But if I am flying, I will pick it up when I am back on the ground and answer within 24 to 36 hours. If it cannot wait that long, please go to urgent care or the ER — or call 911. That is the safe play, same as on the aircraft. For adults 18 and up. Texas patients only. I do not prescribe controlled medications. * FEES * Crew Pass Think of this as standby coverage for ordinary sick days. Just $39 a month, or $399 a year when pre-paid! (about two months on the house) Each month includes one 15-minute video visit and a work note if appropriate. An extra visit during the same month is just $49. The portal stays open 24 hours a day so you can send a message whenever it works for you — after a late arrival, on a layover, or on a day off. I answer within 24 to 36 hours. Sometimes I am flying or in the ER with no way to get online, so that window is honest, not slow on purpose. You can cancel after the first 30 days.
